ZAPON GROUP is a well-known group specializing in the production and sale of PCBs and PCBAs. It comprises two PCB factories, one SMT factory, and one trading company: Zhejiang ZAPON Technology (specializing in 116-layer FR4 PCBs), Hangzhou Dejia Electronics (specializing in 12-layer MCPCBs and copper-based PCBs), Hangzhou Hpower Electronics (PCBA factory), and Hangzhou Chuanlian Electronics (responsible for import and export business).

Nearly Two Decades of Experience
The group was founded in April 2007 and covers a building area of 26,600 square meters. In terms of equipment, it boasts over 100 sophisticated apparatuses for PCB design, manufacturing, and inspection, along with six SMT assembly lines and various testing equipment such as ICT and FCT. With these facilities and a team of 720 employees, including many engineering and technical professionals, Zapon achieves an annual production capacity of 1,000,000 square meters.

Our Product Portfolio and Services
Zapon produces a wide variety of PCBs, primarily double-sided and multilayer boards, including ordinary double-sided and multilayer types, aluminum-based printed boards, copper-based printed boards, Teflon boards, and buried/blind via multilayer boards. We also offer various surface finish processes, such as HASL (leaded or lead-free), gold plating, immersion gold, and antioxidation organic finish (OSP). In addition, we can provide product assembly and packaging services, as well as customized PCBs or turnkey PCBA solutions as required.

Global Markets and Applications
Since its establishment, Zapon has maintained a strong reputation among customers worldwide. We export our products to Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia (including South Korea and Japan). Our products are widely installed in computers, communication devices, home appliances, automotive supplies, instruments, and aerospace equipment.

Certifications and Recognitions
Our commitment to quality has been well recognized. We have obtained ISO/TS 16949 and UL certifications. Our high-quality products have been named innovative products at the provincial level. Furthermore, we have been honored as a "Star Enterprise" by the government of Ouhai District for three consecutive years, and have received the "Achievement Award in Science and Technology" and the "Technology Innovation Award" from the Science and Technology Bureau.
